Subsequent to sacking a selection for Best Documentary Feature International Competition 2019 at the Jaipur International Film Festival in India, Indus Blues is regarded at the South Film and Arts Academy Festival 2018. The film has won the 'Best Documentary Feature Award' at the celebration.

Delivered by the Foundation of Arts, Culture and Education (FACE), in relationship with Bipolar Films, the movie is the brainchild of chief and cinematographer Jawad Sharif.

Jawad Sharif took to online life to impart the news to his fans and devotees. "Getting love the world over. This time 'Best Documentary Feature Award' at South Film and Arts Academy Festival! All credit goes to the specialists and group Indus Blues," he posted on Facebook.

This isn't the first occasion when that Indus Blues has been recognized on a global stage; the film has sacked different designations and grants at universal film celebrations including Regina International Film Festival (RIFF) and the eighth yearly Guam International Film Festival. The trailer of the film that discharged in Pakistan not long ago, created massive acclaim while the film is booked to discharge across the country in not so distant future.

Indus Blues narratives the lives of Pakistani people performers and their battle. It likewise features approaches to loan support to these specialists crosswise over Pakistan.
